by Phil Freo can automatically record all calls that occur within the application. Recording calls is great for monitoring, training, and reviewing call activity between your employees and customers.

You can play call recordings by clicking the “play” button on any call activity within a lead:

Enabling Call Recording

To enable call recording, go to your account settings, click ‘Phone Settings’ and select the checkbox marked ‘Record all calls’. Call recording is not enabled by default, so each user within your organization must enable it within their own accounts.

Is Call Recording Legal?

Yes. However, If you enable the call recording feature of this application, please note that your state or country may have specific rules regarding the privacy of communication for all parties to a conversation, including, in certain situations, advising all participants in a call that the call is being recorded. You are fully responsible complying with all applicable federal, state, local or international laws related to your use of this feature. Please refer to the Terms of Service for additional information.

Please Note: Call Recording is only available on the Enterprise plan.
