Need to find the email address of a specific person within an organization you want to sell into? There are lots of hacks to do this, but Nobert makes it quick and painless. (Goodbye, rapportive!)
It's not a good choice for bulk lookups (they limit the amount of searches you can run per day), but if you're doing the kind of targeted outbound prospecting we usually recommend, it should serve you well!

Elucify is a crowdsourced database for finding prospects' contact information. Joining gives you access to over 200,000 company profiles and business contact emails.
To join Elucify, you must have an email address linked to a business domain (not @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, etc.) and share your contacts. When you share your contacts, Elucify makes your information anonymous.
Find all email addresses of a domain
Simply put in any domain you want ... and it'll start finding email addresses and phone numbers associated with the domain. Works best with small sites as it's limited to crawling 50 pages per domain.
It even crawls PDFs, spreadsheets and documents hosted on the domain, and you usually get pretty good results.

Email Hunter works similar to anyreach.co, but is more reliable. They look for email addresses for that domain on the web and list them all, including where the email address was discovered.
It's a great service, highly recommended if you want to quickly and easily discover plenty of emails associated with any given domain.
Get a quick briefing of people prior to meetings and calls
I've said in the past that we think you shouldn't spend more than 5 minutes researching your prospects.
Charlie automatically researches people you have a meeting or phone call scheduled with (it connects with your Google calendar to get that info).
Their technology filters through hundreds of sources (various social media profiles, etc) and extracts useful insights about the person and their company. Ahead of the scheduled meeting, you'll find a neat one-page briefing in your inbox.
FullContact for Gmail is another great tool for researching prospects. Without leaving your inbox, view prospects' photos, social profiles, and job titles.
FullContact also allows you to see detailed info about your contacts’ organizations, if contacts are nearby and set up a calendar invite to meet, and add notes and tags to contacts.
Write in the right tone for each prospects
Crystal shows you the best way to communicate with any coworker, prospect, or customer based on their unique personality. They analyze writings of the recipient and then provide hints and suggest phrases that match their communication style.
Especially if you're communicating with someone that's a qualified prospect and a high dollar amount opportunity, it might be worth to match their communication style.
What's more, it'll be like your own personal coach to help you pay more attention to the language people use and improve your empathy skills.
Schedule calls and meetings without pain
They're not free (starting at $99/month) but they're new and awesome. If you dislike the back and forth of scheduling an appointment you can simply cc firstname.lastname@example.org in an email and ask her to set up the appointment for you.
"Clara" then will coordinate the meeting with the other person so that it fits well into your own calendar.

Schedule emails for any time
Want to send emails early in the morning without actually having to wake up? Boomerang is the tool for you. In addition to letting you schedule emails to be sent at a later time, Boomerang provides follow-up reminders, tells you when emails have been opened, track which links have been clicked on in your email, and more.

Easily track and share sales documents
